Spring Availability
Dear Friends and new guests.
We have a few open weeks for the spring. We even have one unit with space for Easter break. If you have yet to find a hotel in New York City ; come spend $85 in Jersey City! Why pay $400 for a hotel room when you can rent an apartment for around $100. We also have many weeks available this Summer. If you have any questions send us an e-mail or call. Huge Success, THANK YOU!
It has been a week now and the website has been up and running almost smooth...:)
A few small things in the beginning but now it is ready. Send everyone you know to our site for booking. You can stay with us for as little as $85 per night or as much as $175. We can do your grocery shopping prior to your arrival, leave flowers in your unit and much more. Most of the Questions you have are answered in the FAQ section (Frequently Asked Questions)

We are super excited to unveil our new website http://www.nyc-jc.com/
We are sure you have been mad sometimes when you visited NY city and had to pay a fortune to sleep and all you got was a shoe box to turn around in. Well now thats over! Luxurious apartments maybe even better than the one you live in for a small fee. We have all what you need and more and we also cater to you with full concierge assistance. If you are Scandinavian , French, Spanish or German or even an ASL speaker we can help you. Our staff speak more than 8 languages combined.
This morning when the blog was created we had a few availabilities....but more units are coming. There will be a total of 20 units by the summer.
You want the smallest for the least amount of money but still stay 4 people? Stay in our Studio unit at the Mercer for ONLY $85 per night(if you stay a week) this unit is not booked at this moment. Are you visiting in the end of February? We go the Super LUX Duplex unit with room for 6 at $150 per night( if you stay a week) thats less than $25 per person( if 6!) Check out the The Grove. If you are planning trips for the summer; The Brunswick is ready July 1st with 6 units of 1 bedroom apartments and Mid April The Dixon has 4 units. So Scroll down and start booking now.
