We have great news. Our new building 70 Greene is now almost ready. We will start renting them as of May 15th. It will be unbelievable! So hip and so cool.Swimming pools, firepit, jacuzzi many restaurants, fitness center and more. Dont forget to book it soon for the summer. We have many new Smart cars for rent for the spring and summer. If you go to press on our site you can see many articles including italian news papers (yes we got a full page in Milan!) blogs in sweden and many in Norway. Finally Halloween is here. We are so happy that business is still booming. We are adding 3 more apartments this month. In the Spring we are in business with a new skyscraper and we might start a apartment hotel with 4 floors. We will constantly update the website to keep you informed. What a week it has been. The weather has been absolutely incredible. 35 degrees Celsius or 85 F and not a single cloud for a while. I stayed in one of the appartements on 1st street for one week in March, and liked the area. Nice restaurants, a great shopping mall a 5-10 min walk away, and friendly neighbours. Didn`t feel unsafe one singel time, and used the PATH train (groove street stn) both at daytime and late at night coming back from clubbing in the city.

I stayed in the Varick unit 1 with 2 other girls. The apartment was very nice. We weren't there that much but I would have liked to spend more time there.The owners were also very nice, they took us sightseeing in Jersey City so we knew where the train was, nice restaurants etc.I would definitely stay there again!

I've stayed in First St, unit #2 and the place was awesome! The owners were really friendly and super helpful. It's so worth it to stay there rather than paying a rediculous amount of money for Manhattan. You can make it into the city within 10 minutes. Plus, you're so close to the water where you get a gorgeous view of the NYC skyline.

We were four people and enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was classy with good space, it had a nice location and was cheap. We lived close to the subway and it was easy for us to get to Manhattan. And I must say that the service was out of the ordenary good. 10 out of 10!I sure hope that I get a chanse to visit again. NYC is a city everyone should experience and this is definitely a great alternative when you`re looking for a place to stay.

We have been booking like there is no tomorrow. However we might have a few available apartments... We just released the Dixon Unit 1 and 3 for booking starting April 5th and the Dixon Unit 2 as of May 1st. You can also book the Varick Unit 1 starting March 29th. However all units are filling up fast. The US dollar is weak and therefore many Europeans are visiting New York and we are very thankful but if you are planning on coming here this summer or fall NOW is the time to book and pay to get in on the good prices before the dollar rises again....hopefully.

It has been a week now and the website has been up and running almost smooth...:)
A few small things in the beginning but now it is ready. Send everyone you know to our site for booking. You can stay with us for as little as $85 per night or as much as $175. We can do your grocery shopping prior to your arrival, leave flowers in your unit and much more. Most of the Questions you have are answered in the FAQ section (Frequently Asked Questions)
